Our team consists of experienced architects, engineers, and designers who have worked on numerous projects, from church buildings to residential and commercial structures. Our principal, David C. Bus, A.L.A., has extensive experience in design and project management, and has received national recognition for his work.

Programming and Financial Guidance

Schematic Design

Based on your program, we will offer alternatives for the best use of current properties or future acquistion needed to meet your requirements. We will prepare alternative master site and building designs, along with their respective estimates of probable construction costs.

Design Development

Based on your preferred schematic design, we will develop the design to further describe the project's size, character, and materials. We can provide a beautiful digital artist's rendering or scale model to help visualize the project and facilitate fundraising efforts.

Construction Documents

We will prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications for bidding and constructing your building project. Our documents will include site work, landscaping, architectural, structural, plumbing, heating/air conditioning, electrical, fire detection, and security systems.

Construction Bidding or Negotiation

We can assist you in referring qualified contractors to build your facility. With our experience, we can secure competitive bids, often resulting in substantial savings for your building program.

Our Experience

ACBI Architects grew out of a design-build firm called Associated Church Builders, Inc. Although our practice has diversified, we continue to bring to the table a creative team experienced in working with hundreds of clients from diverse backgrounds across 12 states.
