Personal Touch Services is a locally owned and operated mitigation, restoration, and home improvement company. We are a Virginia Class A-licensed contractor with a mission to help the residents of the Hampton Roads community experiencing a home crisis or those who just want to make their homes nicer with renovations or additions. Our life experiences and personal and professional backgrounds have instilled in us the values of hard work, integrity, and professionalism, with which we serve our customers every day.

Our trained and certified project managers and technicians work with homeowners and their insurance companies to ensure a smooth process of mitigation and restoration. We are committed to an honest and ethical experience for our customers from initiation to completion of every project. Our goal is for 100 percent satisfaction, and we guarantee our work.

We understand the stress homeowners feel after their homes are damaged by flooding, storms, fire, mold, and other disasters. We strive to ease the disruption these disasters cause to our customers' lives by cleaning up the immediate mess and then restoring their homes. Our certifications include AMRT, ASCS, ASD, CCT, CMR, ECTP, FSRT, IICRC Certified Firm, OCT, RRRP, RRT, UFT, VSMR, and WRT.
