Company Background

Pilcher Property Services was founded by Mark and Trudy Pilcher, both horticultural graduates from NC State University. After starting their careers as growers in large greenhouse operations, they decided to start their own greenhouse and commercial landscaping and maintenance company in Cleveland, NC. In 1984, they moved to Atlantic Beach, FL, to offer year-round landscape services to the local community. Today, our company is proud to serve the beautiful communities of Ponte Vedra Beach, Neptune Beach, and surrounding areas.
