Our Story

Thorson Heating was established by brothers Ted and George Thorson after returning from World War II. In 1986, Rob took ownership of the company and relocated our facilities to our current location on East Third Street. In 2010, Jackie joined the family business and became the first woman to graduate from the Southeast Technical Institute HVAC/R program. In 2023, Jackie took ownership of Thorson Heating, becoming the 3rd generation owner in the family business.
