Jeff Araco

Jeff Araco is the co-owner of ARACO DEVELOPMENT GROUP. He has over 20 years of experience in administrative and construction management in the New York area. Jeff started his career in sales and eventually established an exclusive distributorship with a $100 million seafood supplier. His early experiences in marketing, sales, advertising, and finance led him to pursue his real passion - the construction industry.

Jeff entered the construction industry in 1995, focusing on luxury building. He started in field operations as a superintendent and gradually became involved in corporate management. His responsibilities expanded to include client development, pre-construction services, estimating, system administration, and project management. Jeff is exceptionally adept at project management and has earned several personal accreditations such as LEED AP, Advanced GreenBuilding (CGP).

Vic Araco

Vic Araco is the other co-owner of ARACO DEVELOPMENT GROUP. He has a wealth of experience in the construction industry and has been instrumental in the growth and success of the company. Vic's expertise lies in project management, and he has successfully managed numerous projects from start to finish.
