At Hubbard Jointers, we're a family-owned and operated business that has been dedicated to providing high-quality masonry tools for bricklayers for over 60 years. Our story began with Dick Hubbard, who started laying brick in 1924 and continued as a bricklayer and masonry contractor until 1965. In 1960, Dick started commercial production of the Hubbard Jointer, a tool that has become synonymous with high-quality masonry work. In 1965, he devoted all his time to the Hubbard Jointer Company, a decision that would change the course of the company's history.

In 1986, Dick's son, Ric Hubbard, bought the company and took over as the owner and president. Under his leadership, the company has continued to grow and expand, while maintaining the same level of quality and integrity that Dick established. Even after Dick's passing in 2008 at the age of 101, his legacy lives on through the company he founded and the tools that bear his name.

Today, Hubbard Jointers is still a family-run business that is dedicated to producing the best masonry tools available. We take pride in being an American-made company, and all of our products are manufactured right here in the United States. Mason Tools

At Hubbard Jointers, we offer a wide range of high-quality masonry tools that are designed to meet the needs of professional bricklayers and masons. Our products include the "Original" Hubbard Barrel Jointers, Hubbard Sled Runners, and a variety of other masonry tools and accessories.

Our flagship product, the Hubbard Barrel Jointer, is a high-quality masonry tool that produces a uniformly fine mortar joint finish every time. It features interchangeable, hardened, tubular steel blades that can be easily replaced or exchanged to accommodate different joint sizes. The Hubbard Barrel Jointer is packaged assembled with one 3/4" and one 7/8" diameter blade, and an extra 1/2" and 5/8" diameter blade is included in the package.

In addition to our Barrel Jointers, we also offer Hubbard Sled Runners, which are manufactured in 14" and 16" lengths. These tools feature interchangeable, replaceable, hardened, tubular steel blades that are mounted between cast aluminum blade holders on a hardwood handle. They are designed to correct any irregularities in the bed joint, leaving an overall, uniform finish on completed work.
