Our Team

Our team is comprised of skilled artisans and professionals who are passionate about their craft. Our CEO, Beth Mondor, is a prime example of this dedication. With no initial woodworking experience, Beth found herself becoming increasingly involved in the business as it grew. She eventually purchased her co-founder's share of the business and joined with Jeff Germain in a new limited-liability partnership, founded in 1995. Beth now handles all finances, marketing, and also stains and finishes all of the cabinetry. She enjoys the creative process of working with customers to bring their vision to life.
