W-3 Construction has been an established Post Frame and Steel Frame builder in the Eastern Iowa, with decades of combined experience. Our goal has always been to provide affordable quality built buildings for our customers. "A Better Building, At A Better Price." Our slogan is what we strive to provide for all of our customers. We treat every building as if it where our own, cutting no corners, yet keeping our prices affordable. We pride ourselves on exceptional design aesthetics, quality craftsmanship and continually strive to meet the personal needs of our clients.

Our Expertise

We specialize in the construction of Agricultural shops, storage and livestock facilities. Along with Commercial offices, retail spaces and warehousing buildings. W-3 Construction also offers services to Residential customers, with availability of living areas, garages, hobby shops and livestock housing. From design, to planning, to constructing. be it 81 square feet, or 13 acres under roof, we can handle all of our customer's needs.

Our Team

Craig E. Wiggins, Co-Owner

Craig started selling post frame buildings in the 1970's with Pacemaker Buildings. Craig has done everything from drive nails, to drive trucks. His decades of experience in commercial construction give him an un-matched knowledge of building commercial facilities. Craig always puts the customer first, placing himself in their shoes, wanting what is best for them and their building. One of Craig's infamous lines is "I'll wave my magic wand, and get it done". He will go above and beyond for every W-3 Construction customer. When not working, Craig can be found on his beloved Harley, spending time with grandchildren, or enjoying the outdoors. Craig is the district coordinator of ABATE of Iowa, District 14, and an active member of the Knights of Columbus.

Nathan W. Wiggins, Co-Owner

Nathan was bit by the construction bug at an early age, in high school he worked on post frame and concrete construction crews. After he finished school, he joined Conner Pacemaker Buildings, doing design and drafting. Nathan spent a while working outside the construction industry, as a butcher, then certified Ag applicator. This back ground gives him and intimate knowledge of the needs for the Ag industry. Nathan is always researching ways to make a better building. He is passionate about building design, and fully enjoys working with customers in from design to finished product. "You can use an eraser on the drafting table or a sledge hammer on the construction site" is a quote by Frank Lloyd Write that Nathan lives by, his attention to detail before construction starts helps fast track customers to a finished building. When not working, Nathan will be found with family, wife Jamie, son Jase, and friends. He lives to hunt, any season, and any game, and enjoys fishing. Nathan is also the Fire Chief of the Jackson Township Fire Department, in Ollie Iowa.
