Our Story

At Endless Knot Rugs, we pride ourselves on being a third-generation family-owned business, with a legacy that spans nearly a century. Our story begins with Ara Sergenian, the first generation, who started his own rug repair and cleaning service after working as a rug buyer for Gimbel's in Chicago. His sons, including Paul, took over the rapidly expanding business and continued the family legacy. Today, Paul's son, Kevin Sergenian, is the President of Endless Knot Rugs, carrying on the family tradition.

• Julie Fradelia, Principal Designer and Custom Specialist, has over 15 years of experience in product development and custom design.
• Annalise Simsek, Client Concierge, has a background in architecture, project management, customer relations, and operations.
• Lisa Wrasse, Graphic Designer, creates designs that are both visually appealing and communicate effectively.
