Our journey began with our owner, Karen Ostergren, who has a passion for design that dates back to her childhood. She started designing houses as a little girl and never stopped. Her extensive experience in the building industry and her passion for design make her the perfect fit for leading our team.

Karen is joined by her daughter, Janelle Crandell, who is not only her daughter but also a talented designer in her own right. Janelle has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Saginaw Valley University and has extensive experience in accounting. She brings her analytical skills to our design team, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.
