Our Story

Elite Electric, Inc. was founded in 1993 by David Wells, a dedicated electrician who saw a need for reliable and quality electrical services in the Sioux Empire. Starting as a single-man operation focused on residential and remodel projects, Elite Electric quickly gained a reputation for its exceptional workmanship and commitment to customer satisfaction. Over the years, through hard work and a dedication to its core values, Elite Electric has grown into a thriving company, taking on larger and more complex projects while never losing sight of its roots.

Sadly, David Wells passed away in 2013. His legacy, however, lives on in the company he built and in the hearts of his team members.

Elite Electric continues to be driven by the same unwavering values that David instilled: integrity, honesty, kindness, professionalism, and a genuine care for its employees. The company's success is a testament to David's vision and the dedication of the team that carries on his legacy. Beyond the excellent electrical work, Elite Electric strives to model the leadership outlined in Luke 12:48: "For everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded, and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked." This verse acts as a guiding principle, motivating Elite Electric to not only excel in their trade but also to use their resources and influence to positively impact the community.

Linda Wells, President:

Linda Wells, the wife of David Wells, took the helm of Elite Electric upon his passing. Driven by her commitment to her husband's vision and the legacy of the company, Linda has continued to guide Elite Electric towards growth and success. She emphasizes the importance of strong relationships with employees, customers, and partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.

Patrick Perdaems, VP Residential Operations:

With over 20 years of experience at Elite Electric, Patrick Perdaems brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as VP of Residential Operations. His deep understanding of the residential electrical market, coupled with his commitment to quality workmanship, has made him an invaluable asset to the company. Patrick is dedicated to ensuring that each residential project is completed to the highest standards, exceeding the expectations of every client.

Jason Schickedanz, VP Commercial Operations:

Jason Schickedanz, also with over 20 years of experience at Elite Electric, serves as VP of Commercial Operations. Jason's proven track record in managing large-scale commercial projects and his ability to navigate complex technical challenges have been instrumental in Elite Electric's expansion into the commercial sector. He is committed to delivering innovative and efficient solutions that meet the unique needs of each commercial client.
