Our journey began in 1976 when Chuck Lavelle started building small ranch-style houses in Palm Beach Gardens. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include model and custom homes in communities such as PGA National, Breakers West, Frenchman's Creek, Jupiter Hills, and Seminole Landing. Today, cousins Cal Lavelle and Ron Palladino carry on the family tradition, overseeing every project with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
