Today, the business is run by John Sr. and his three sons, with part-owner John Jr. overseeing daily operations and a dedicated staff of up to ten professionals.

John Jr. is an active member of the building trade community and serves on the City Council for the City of Harbor Springs, Michigan, as well as the fire chief of the Harbor Springs Area Fire Department, a voluntary organization.
