At RDL Construction, Inc., we have been delivering top-notch construction services to our clients for over three decades. Founded by Rick Leisinger in 1987, our company has grown from a small startup to a reputable player in the industry. Our mission is to provide the highest quality work at the absolute best value while maintaining a focus on both project quality and vision.

Our Leadership Team

Our leadership team is comprised of experienced professionals who have dedicated their careers to the construction industry. Rick Leisinger, our president, has over 40 years of experience in construction and has worked on numerous high-profile projects throughout the Bay Area. Justin Leisinger, our COO, has worked his way up from a carpenter to a general superintendent and has a deep understanding of what it takes to run a successful construction project. Michele Aldape, our director of business development, brings a wealth of experience from the steel and electrical industries and has a background in organizational development and executive coaching. David Steely, our general superintendent, has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and is recognized for his outstanding work ethic and quality productions.

Our traditional general contracting services include cost-plus and negotiated bids, and our construction management services provide expert coordination and oversight for your project.
