Our staff includes skilled carpenters, supervisors, office personnel, subcontractors, and material suppliers. We are proud members of the National Custom Builders Council, a prestigious organization comprised of leading luxury homebuilders. Our company is founded on a strong commitment to safety, and we maintain a safety program monitored by Safety Systems Inc. We have a clean OSHA record.

John Dallman, the co-founder of our company, has retired after 40 years in the construction business. He has a lakefront home in Wisconsin and is finishing construction of his new home on the river in Columbia-Tusculum. Billy Bohl, the sole owner of Dallman & Bohl Inc., is a LEED Accredited Professional and has completed certified training in LEED construction.
