Matt Swartz, Founder & CEO

Matt is a father of two amazing daughters. They are the most important aspect of his life. Matt believes Faith and Family always come first! Matt enjoys working out regularly, attending and watching sporting events. Matt has a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics and Secondary Education from the University of Arkansas and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from The University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

James Pulliam, President of Construction

James Pulliam runs the interior remodeling division of 47 Roofing & Construction. He enjoys helping customers see their dreams come to reality remodeling their kitchens, bathrooms, and full house remodels. He also helps customers replace exterior items such as roofs, gutters, siding, etc. His favorite pastimes outside of work is spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Taylor J. Bivins, Project Manager

Taylor and Lexi Bivins are both Business Developers for 47 Roofing and Construction. They often act as a husband and wife power couple to complete various roofing projects. The Bivins' are committed to providing their customers with the best quality of work, communication, and respect. They pride themselves in their ability to provide their customers with transparency and clear communication from start to finish. Taylor is also hands-on and acts as a project manager to ensure all of their clients' priorities are met every step of the way.

John Sivak, CMO & Partner

John Sivak is a father of two. His favorite thing to do is spend time with his kids at their favorite sporting events. John has experience in all insurance processes, exterior remodeling, interior remodeling, and residential and commercial roof replacement.

Justin Butler, Project Manager & Sales

Justin is a husband and father of four. He is involved with his local church, loves the great outdoors and health and fitness. A graduate from the University of North Texas, he has a background in interior design, sales, and operational management. He is passionate about serving others and ensuring clients have the best experience possible during their home improvement projects.

Houston Holtman, Project Manager & Sales

Houston started our Austin Branch of 47RC. His construction background started with framing, roofing, and remodeling houses when he was 15. He was alongside his dad for 13 years doing just that. Afterwards, he moved into inspecting roofs and properties all over the country for catastrophes from wind, hail, fires, and floods for 3 years and then moved to being a catastrophe adjuster. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the construction industry, and he is committed to providing our clients with the highest quality of workmanship and customer service.
