At PSI General Contractors, we have been dedicated to bringing your visions to life since 1987. Our company was founded by Christopher John Neil, who has a deep passion for construction and design. With a background in the electrical trade and a personal experience in building his first home at the age of twenty, Christopher has been instrumental in shaping the company's focus on custom design and build homes, particularly in mid-century modern and southwestern styles. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include pool and spa construction, with a family history in the pool industry dating back to 1954. Our commitment to quality and attention to detail has led us to work on a variety of projects, from new homes to remodels and restorations. We are proud to have completed restorations on world-famous architectural properties, including those listed with the National Register of Historic Places. Our work has been featured in several publications, including Palm Springs Life magazine.
