Our Team

Family owned and operated, Capital Asphalt, Inc. is one of the few, true small businesses remaining in this industry. The President, Marc Mitchell, has been in the paving industry for over 20 years and is committed to providing a quality product for every client. Several other family members are involved in the day-to-day operations of the business, and every employee is part of the Capital Asphalt, Inc. family.

Our team is led by Marc Mitchell, who has a Building Science degree from Auburn University. Marc learned about the road construction industry from his father and grandfather, giving him a deep understanding of the dedication required to be successful in this industry. This family tradition is what makes Capital Asphalt a unique and qualified service provider.

Our Office Manager, Candace Grant, has an Accounting degree from Rasmussen University and over 10 years of experience in the asphalt and aggregates industry. Together, our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and building lasting relationships with our clients.

We have experience with residential, commercial, and government services including land clearing, earth moving, grading, paving, and more. Our main customer base is municipal, state, and private clients. We specialize in paving, earth work, heavy highway construction, concrete, and drainage construction. We take pride in our work and strive to continue to grow our business through satisfied customers.
