Eutaw Construction, named after the strong Eutaw clay prevalent in Northeast Mississippi and Alabama, was founded in 1980 by Thomas S. Elmore. With a humble beginning, the company has grown to become a leading player in the heavy civil construction industry. Over the years, Eutaw has established a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects safely, on time, and under budget. Today, the company is a 100% ESOP (employee stock ownership plan), making it quite rare in the industry.
