At Richardson Smith Architects, we are a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about creating innovative and sustainable designs that exceed our clients' expectations. Our firm was founded in 1986 by partners Juliet Richardson, AIA, and Terence W. Smith, AIA, LEED AP, who share a vision of creating spaces that not only look beautiful but also function seamlessly.

Our Story

Juliet Richardson, a licensed architect since 1983, brings a wealth of experience in designing mixed-use developments, resorts, and workspace environments. She has taught architectural design and the history of the city at various universities and has also practiced architecture in China. When she's not designing, Juliet enjoys trekking and choral singing.

Terence Smith, a licensed architect in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey, has a strong background in designing and managing projects. He has taught at Princeton University's School of Architecture and has worked on various projects, including recreational, office, and resort projects in China. In his free time, Terence loves sports, coaching Little League baseball and Pop Warner football.
