Jay's Garage Door Service was founded in 1980 by Jay Harrington, who started his career in the overhead door business three years earlier. After gaining experience in service and installation for another company in southwest Houston, Jay moved to Tomball in 1982 and began serving the Tomball, Spring, Bear Creek, and 1960/Hwy 6 areas. With the growing demand for experienced and reliable overhead door services, Bart Howlett joined the company in 1988 and has been instrumental in expanding Jay's Garage Door Service in the custom door market.

Today, we offer a wide array of services from new garage doors and garage door openers to just about any repair service to your existing garage doors and openers. We specialize in broken spring repairs, "off track" repairs, section replacement, cable and all other repairs, electric opener repairs, and commercial door repairs.
