David L. Miles, founder and president of Miles Enterprises, brings over three decades of experience in the cabinetry industry. His meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving abilities have been instrumental in his success, leading him to take pivotal roles in previous companies before founding Miles Enterprises. He personally guides the initial client meetings and actively participates in each design concept, bringing his keen eye for balance and proportion to create designs that seamlessly complement the architecture of your home. David's in-depth knowledge of cabinetry options, finishing processes, and installation techniques allows him to effectively communicate with clients, clarifying their needs and desires while recommending materials and details that might otherwise be overlooked.

Rick Hartwig, Vice President of Miles Enterprises, joined the team in 1996 and has played a vital role in the company's growth. With extensive experience in both commercial and residential cabinetry and millwork, Rick brings a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise to the table. As head of project management and engineering, Rick oversees the smooth execution of projects, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed and each deadline is met.

His exceptional organizational skills and positive rapport with employees make him an effective leader, while his excellent communication skills prove invaluable when collaborating with other trades such as electricians and plumbers.
