Troy Construction is a Residential General Contracting Company located in El Cerrito, California. Established in 2000, we are dedicated to serving you with quality and value. Our team works cooperatively and collaboratively with architects, engineers, design professionals, and other contractors you may have hired during the process. Our Inspiration

Our inspiration comes from the ancient city of Troy, located in what is now northwestern Turkey. This city was the setting for the legendary Trojan War, symbolizing strength, resilience, and determination. Our name, Troy Construction, is a tribute to this historical city, reflecting our commitment to building strong and lasting structures.

Meet Our Team

Meet Bulent Bas, the founder of Troy Construction. Bulent was introduced to construction at an early age by watching his father build apartment buildings in his hometown of Ordu, Turkey. He moved to the United States to further his studies and graduated with a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Lincoln University. During his master's program, he worked with local contracting firms, which fueled his interest in being a General Contractor. In 2000, Bulent opened Troy Construction, bringing quality services at affordable prices to families in the East Bay.
