Boone Low Ratliff Architects, Inc. is an award-winning firm that has been delivering exceptional architectural and planning services since its inception. With a rich history that spans over three decades, the firm was originally founded as a general partnership between David C. Boone FAIA and Jacquelyn Low AIA. After working together for more than seven years, Jacquelyn Low and Monica Ratliff became partners in January 2009, and the firm was incorporated. Today, Jacquelyn Low and Monica Ratliff continue to lead the firm with their combined experience of over thirty years in architectural project planning, development, design, and construction.

Our firm is located in the heart of Santa Cruz, California, and we are proud to serve both local and national clients. Our portfolio includes a diverse range of projects, from single-family residences to multiple housing development projects, as well as master planning and feasibility studies for non-profit organizations, private schools, churches, libraries, and government and institutional clients.
