Our Team

Our team is made up of experienced and dedicated professionals with a wide range of skills and expertise. Our leadership includes:

• Zeno Marvin, CEO: Zeno is a graduate of Montana State University with a 2-year Associates degree in Machine Technologies. He has over 35 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, including time as a Plant Manager for Frito-Lay and Anheuser Busch. Zeno joined Hendon Construction Co, Inc. in 2012 as the General Manager and is responsible for overseeing all supervisors and staff, project management, estimating, and customer relations.
• Allen Hendon, COO: Allen became a partner with Hendon Construction Co, Inc. in 1993. He has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry and is responsible for estimating, supervising crews, and interacting with customers.
• Carl Hendon, CFO: Carl has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry and is responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of the business. He learned the value of integrity and good work ethic from his father and the founder of Hendon Construction Co, Inc., Clarence Hendon.
