Our Story

Slatercom was founded by Alan Slater, who brought with him decades of experience in two-way communications and electronics sales and service. With a strong background in tower construction and two-way communication markets, Afcomm, LLC was formed in 1993. As the company evolved, new divisions were established to tap into emerging but related markets. Slatercom was born as a result of this evolution, with a focus on LED lighting.
