Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our carpet cleaning service employs truck-mounted steam technology to remove deep-seated dirt and stains. The 12-step process includes pre-inspection, pre-treatment, and high-pressure extraction, leaving carpets 30% drier than traditional methods. We follow manufacturer guidelines to protect warranties.
Upholstery Cleaning
We clean all upholstery types, from delicate fabrics to microfiber, using pH-balanced solutions. The process includes stain removal, odor elimination, and optional protective treatments like MicroSeal to extend fabric life between cleanings.
Air Duct Cleaning
This service removes dust, allergens, and pollutants from HVAC systems. Using industrial-grade equipment, we clean ducts to improve air quality and reduce allergens, pet dander, and construction debris buildup in residential systems.
Area Rug Cleaning
We specialize in cleaning imported and high-pile area rugs with gentle yet effective techniques. The process includes dry soil removal, hot water extraction, and sealing to preserve colors and fibers during deep cleaning.
Odor Elimination
Our odor elimination service targets persistent smells from pets, smoke, or moisture. We use enzymatic cleaners and neutralizers to break down odor-causing bacteria at their source rather than masking them temporarily.

Questions
What causes dark lines on light-colored carpets?
Dark lines result from filtration soiling, where airborne particles accumulate at carpet edges over time. Regular vacuuming helps prevent buildup.
Do you guarantee your cleaning services?
Yes, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If unsatisfied, we'll re-clean at no charge or provide a refund up to $1,000.
How often should carpets be professionally cleaned?
Manufacturers recommend annual cleaning to maintain fiber integrity and remove soil buildup from foot traffic.
Can pet odors be completely eliminated?
Mild cases respond to cleaning, but severe odor may require padding replacement or sub-floor treatment to neutralize bacteria.
What equipment do you use for carpet cleaning?
We use truck-mounted hot water extraction systems like the Aero Tech XT and Rotovac 360 for deep cleaning and faster drying.
