Our Services

We offer a range of services, including construction management, design-build, lease-leaseback, CM@Risk, hard bid, CM multi-prime, and public-private partnership. Our preconstruction team is equipped to provide "Value Engineering" ideas that can help reduce costs and shorten construction times without compromising the final product. We have a comprehensive understanding of the importance of open communication and conduct regular on-site meetings with our clients every week.

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who have spent decades working in the construction industry. Many of our team members have been with the company for over a decade, with some celebrating 20 or 25 years with Harris Construction. We also proudly welcome exceptional student interns from Fresno State and Cal Poly to join our team every year.
