At Plum & Crimson, we are a team of passionate and creative individuals who are dedicated to providing our clients with the best possible design service. Our team of experienced designers, led by Co-Owners and Interior Designers Denise Johnson Rappazzo and Erika Gallagher, has been serving the Saratoga Springs community for over 15 years. Throughout the years, we have developed a reputation for delivering exceptional service, creative solutions, and attention to detail that our clients have come to expect from us.

Our Story

Plum & Crimson was founded by Denise Palumbo and Erika Gallagher in 2004. The company started as a small interior design firm, focusing on residential design projects. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include new home construction, remodels, and custom window treatments. We have established relationships with many area builders and fine craftsmen, making the design and construction process seamless and efficient.

Our Design Team

Our team of designers is comprised of experienced professionals with a passion for design. Denise Johnson Rappazzo, Co-Owner and Interior Designer, has over 20 years of experience in interior design. She is dedicated to creating functional, approachable, and creative designs that meet the unique needs and budgets of each client. Erika Gallagher, Co-Owner and Interior Designer, has a background in art and textile design, bringing a unique perspective to the interior spaces she creates. Our design team includes Jennifer Steele, a talented artist with a BFA in Interior Design, and Nancy DeNooyer, who has been designing for Plum & Crimson for over 9 years. Our newest team member, Jennifer Blaauboer, brings a keen eye for detail and experience in new home construction.
