*Jody Cyzick*, our COO, manages our fabrication shop with incredible efficiency and productivity, and has built strong relationships with our contractor, wholesale, and retail clients.

*Joel Thomas*, our COO at our Ruckersville location, is a hardworking and adaptable leader who oversees fence logistics and fleet management.

*A.J. Rhodes*, our co-owner and Fence Logistics and Fleet Manager, leads by example and ensures our trucks and equipment are in top condition.

*Martha Coletti Rhodes*, our CFO, handles financial management and clerical duties with precision and superior organization.

*Antonia Miller*, our Office Manager, designs and estimates decks, screen porches, and pergolas from the ground up and manages materials for each project.

*Ben Cline*, our lead installer at our Ruckersville location, installs fences, railings, deck, screen porches, and pergolas, and fabricates D-I-Y orders at the new location.

*Rick Brubaker*, our shop operations manager at our Ruckersville location, performs any task assigned to him with a smile on his face.

*Andy Cyzick*, our fabrication shop assistant in Bridgewater, has a vast array of experience in the construction field and is especially skilled in siding, window, and trim installations.

*Tyler Shank*, our fence crew leader in Bridgewater, has a great work ethic and desire to accept responsibility in order to be successful.

*Austin Rhodes*, our section crew leader, enjoys watersports, riding motorcycle, and working on his truck.

*Roxanne Knicely*, our Office Assistant/Inside Sales Assistant, designs and estimates deck, pergolas and screen porches.

*Seth Koogler*, our post installation crew member, is an easy-going and skilled equipment operator.

*Kevin Von Achen*, our Ruckersville team member, assists with installations and maintenance of pergolas, decking, and screens.
