Our History

Our owner, Griffent Yancey Sr., has been building and servicing pools for over 40 years. He is passionate about building pools and treats each pool as if it were his own. Mr. Yancey is also a devoted volunteer high school basketball coach in the Richmond area, demonstrating his genuine concern for the community's young people. Our history of customer satisfaction and excellent service is a testament to our desire to put our valued customers first.

Our mission is simple: to be Central VA's premier provider of leading-edge swimming pool construction and service. We aim to enrich the lives of families by providing them with an outdoor living area that will promote fun for all in the Central VA and surrounding areas.

Construction and Renovations

We skillfully construct swimming pools using the best materials, including Gunite, shotcrete, and cast-in-place methods. Our experts educate our customers on the benefits of each technique and how it impacts the overall cost and design of your swimming pool. We also offer renovations for existing pools, incorporating safety measures that may have been omitted in the original construction.

Services

Our comprehensive services include new pool and spa construction, pool deck construction, pool and spa renovations, and comprehensive pool upgrades. We also provide installation and maintenance of auto covers, fountains, pool equipment, salt water systems, splash pads, and various water features such as jets and waterfalls. Additionally, our experienced team offers extensive maintenance services, including weekly pool service, pool inspections, and pool opening and closing procedures.
