Our Team

At the heart of Island Crest Builders are our dedicated team members who have a combined total of over 60 years of construction experience. Our team consists of:

• Justin Davis, President & Founder, has 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with a background in sculpture and art direction.
• Gabe Fertman, Lead Project Manager, has over 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on customer satisfaction and streamlined project processes.
• Mike Gilroy, Site Supervisor, has over 20 years of experience in construction, with a strong background in site management and customer relations.
• Stacey Roehrs, Office Manager, has over 30 years of experience in bookkeeping and office management, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Dan Sullender, Assistant Site Supervisor, has worked in the construction industry for over 10 years, with a focus on remodels and new builds.
• Doug Wenger, Lead Carpenter, has over 30 years of experience in carpentry, with a focus on finish work and attention to detail.
• Cristian Sanchez, Assistant Site Supervisor, has over 10 years of experience in fabrication and installation, with a focus on high-end construction and renovation.

1. Half-hour virtual meeting to discuss your project and options.

2. Pre-construction agreement signed, outlining the scope, budget, and timeline.

3. Plans, permits, budget, and scope of project are finalized.

4. We break ground or begin the remodel process.

5. We work through the construction process, ensuring quality and attention to detail.

6. Finalize the punch list and deliver the finished project.
