Meet Robert Kramer

Robert Kramer, the CEO of Appreciating Homes, Inc., started his career in real estate, where he developed a deep appreciation for the fine details and craftsmanship of a quality renovation. Through real estate, he met top-notch general contractors who helped him understand what it took to handle all aspects of building. Eventually, he started his own business as a Florida contractor.

In 2008, Robert was invited to renovate a new home on Oahu by a roommate and great friend from the university. He was blessed to meet the woman of his dreams, and ultimately, he decided to bring his knowledge and expertise to Hawaii to provide homeowners with beautiful, quality renovations.

Robert has over 20 years of experience designing and working on homes. He is committed to providing affordable, long-lasting quality renovations in a timely manner. When he's not working, Robert enjoys clearing his mind on the water and occasionally, catching fresh fish for his family, friends, and clients.
