Poor Customer Service Experiences
Reviews of Marshall Fence Company highlight multiple instances of poor customer service and unprofessional behavior from the company's owner, Mike Marshall.
Lack of Professionalism
One customer, Lindsey Truelove, reported being berated and belittled by Mike Marshall when she had another company on her property, fixing a fence installed by Marshall Fence. The owner allegedly chewed her out, calling her "unprofessional" and refusing to provide a quote for a decorative wood paneled fence.
Fees and Hidden Charges
William Moore noted that there is a 3.5% fee for paying with a credit card, which is listed on the estimate but not on the invoice. This lack of transparency is a concern for customers.
Unwillingness to Work with Residential Clients
