Poor Customer Experience
The customers who left reviews had a disappointing experience with the company. The main issue seems to be the company's lack of reliability and poor communication.
Missed Appointments and No Follow-up
Two customers, Maz Springfield and Faith Midiri, reported that the company failed to show up for scheduled appointments or provide estimates. They never received a call or explanation for the no-show.
Unprofessional Behavior
Rose Young's review highlights unprofessional behavior from the company's owner. When her husband called to address a problem with the fence installation, the owner hung up on him. This behavior is unacceptable and has led to a negative impression of the company.
Subpar Work Quality
Rose Young also mentioned that the fence was installed at a slant, which looks bad against their new deck. The deck installation company even suggested that the fence should have been installed straight.
