3 appointments have been made with this company by Whirlpool, for me ( This is Whirlpool's repair company for my area), non of which Flamingo has showed up for, two with no communication at all, just a no-show, one I received an email stating that my technician was sick and was not going to come ( mind you, I received this communication after I had waited for hours for him to show up).
Unfortunately, I have no choice of service providers, since this is the only company Whirlpool uses in my area.

Excellent service by Marcelo. He came ready to fix my Whirlpool fridge. Very knowledgeable, clean and quick! He made sure to have all the equipment he needed to change the compressor on my fridge. Left my house cleaner than it was. Thanks to Marcelo my fridge is working great!! 5 Stars!!

I had 3 installers come to fix my brand new dishwasher that was leaking and filling up with water when the dishwasher was not running, none of them diagnose the issue properly, Frankie Partee came very professional, very knowledgeable and had no problem with explaining why the dishwasher was filling up with water and leaking (he explained in terms that someone like myself could understand) he proceeded to assess the situation, he was the only technician that was able to identify the problem immediately and fixed it. Thank you Frankie for your patience, professionalism an excellent customer service. I give you 5 stars!!

Awesome service and Marcelo the technician was quick and easy to work with. He came in and immediately knew what the issue was with my fridge and input the ticket and replacement without any issues. He addressed the problems and had this replacement on its way. He also left me some nice samples of detergent for my new dishwasher as well while fixing my fridge.

I know a lot of people have their frustrations with Flamingo. I can only speak to what I experienced and I wanted to give a shout-out to Noah. He was super helpful and while it took a while to get the issue sorted out, he was all over it, very respectful and helpful. There were loads of messages with scheduling confirmations, windows, and then a call from Noah before arriving so I was never in the dark about what was happening or when.
