Dylan's passion for building began in his youth, working alongside builders in Emmett, Idaho. This hands-on experience nurtured his understanding of the craft and instilled in him a dedication to excellence. After earning his business degree at the University of Idaho, Dylan relocated to Texas, honing his management skills as a Home Construction Manager with a production builder. Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining impeccable quality and customer service became second nature to him. Driven by a desire to return to his roots, Dylan brought his wealth of experience back to Boise, Idaho in 2004, establishing Schneider Custom Homes to serve the community he calls home.
