Our owners, Kelly McNeely and Mike Buchhorn, have a combined experience of over 60 years in the pool industry. With their vast knowledge and passion for swimming pools, they founded Kelly's Pool Care & Renovation in 2001 to provide top-notch service and renovation solutions to homeowners in Arlington, Texas, and surrounding areas.

Our Story

Kelly and Mike started their careers on the retail side at Leslie's Swimming Pool Supplies, where they honed their skills and learned the ins and outs of the industry. Their extensive experience in pool maintenance, repairs, and renovations has equipped them with the expertise to tackle any pool-related issue. Their dedication to customer service, honesty, and communication has been the backbone of their success.

Meet Our Team

Kelly McNeely, Owner

Kelly is a native-born Texan with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. With over 30 years of experience in the pool industry, Kelly has managed stores and supervised service and renovation departments in Texas and California. He is passionate about customer service and is dedicated to providing honest and transparent communication.

Mike Buchhorn, Owner

Mike was born in Austin and raised in Northwest Dallas. With over 25 years of experience in the pool industry, Mike has managed numerous locations from Northern California to the Richardson and Plano area. He joined Kelly as co-owner of Kelly's Pool Care & Renovation in 2005.

Zach Pool Care Specialist

Zach grew up in Flower Mound, Texas, and began his journey with Kelly's Pool Care in 2015. With a passion for learning and continuous improvement, Zach is always looking for ways to expand his knowledge of the pool service industry.
