Our History

Our journey began in 1942 when Herb Gast founded Gast Construction in Wahpeton, ND, focusing on residential homes. Over the years, we have grown to become a full-spectrum design-build contractor with a broad range of specialties. In 1977, we added crane services to our business, expanding our capabilities to cater to a diverse range of clients. Today, we boast a strong presence in the Red River Valley and Minnesota's lake region, delivering quality construction services to commercial, industrial, and residential clients. With offices in Wahpeton and Fargo, ND, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
