Our founder, Shamika Godley, is part of an elite and limited demographic, as she is a Black woman who has been a founder, majority owner, and daily manager of her own practice since its inception. With over 15 years of experience, our firm has built a reputation for providing cost-efficient design solutions for major projects, often with both historic and social significance.
