We primarily use standard plans with modifications. Custom quotes aren't available, but we offer over 50 plans and can provide additional designs not listed online.
What is included in the home prices?
Prices include monolithic slabs, wood framing, brick exteriors, painted sheetrock, carpet, ceramic tile, cabinets, and HVAC systems. Appliances and land preparation are extra.
How long does construction take?
Current timelines range from 14 to 16 months, including financing and permits. Weather and labor availability may extend this period.
Do you offer home & land packages?
We don't offer packages, but you can finance land purchases through construction loans. Our team helps coordinate lot preparation and leveling services.
What financing options are available?
We recommend construction loans through preferred lenders. We also accept conventional mortgages for clients who own land outright.
Are appliances included in the home price?
Appliances aren't standard but can be added as upgrades. We offer a deluxe package including range, dishwasher, and microwave.
