Our story began with Dan Putnam, a native of Star Valley, Wyoming, who has been passionate about construction since his early years. Dan started his journey as a laborer, eventually becoming a foreman at the age of 22, and then a partner in Five Star Construction. Over the years, he has successfully managed and organized the construction of over 100 beautiful custom homes throughout Star Valley and Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

In the fall of 2018, Dan decided to turn his dream into reality by starting his own family business, Putnam Construction. His commitment is to create homes that are not only beautiful but also functional, comfortable, and sustainable. Dan's guarantee is that his clients will love their homes and want to enjoy and share them with their friends and family for several generations.

• An Addition on a House with Hangar: A recent build where we added two bedrooms and a bath to an existing hangar with a house attached. We used reclaimed wood to finish the walls, adding a touch of rustic charm to the space.
• Living Spaces in an Existing Hangar: Another project involved adding living spaces to an existing hangar. The bottom floor features a shop with a bathroom, while the top floor includes three bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a shared living area and kitchen.
• Home with Attached Hangar: This beautiful home features a three-story slide, movie theater, pickleball court, golf simulator, and rock climbing wall, demonstrating our ability to incorporate unique features into our designs.
