Bulk Materials

Our bulk material offerings include a wide range of products, including sand, gravel, topsoil, and more. We carry a variety of products, including:

• Class II fill sand
• Mason sand
• 2NS sand
• 60/40 sand stone mixture
• Peastone
• 6A Stone
• 1" x 2" Roofing stone/egg rock/round stone
• 21AA or 21AC
• Boulders and other non-stock rock can be ordered on special requests

Topsoil

We also provide topsoil for landscaping and gardening needs. Our screened topsoil is cleaner and can be used for garden and flower beds. Standard topsoil is more cost-effective for general landscaping needs.

Our Service Area

Our service area is approximately a 15-mile radius from the Fenton, Michigan area, including Genesee, north Livingston, and northwest Oakland County. You may regularly see our trucks and trailers in the Argentine, Fenton, Linden, Holly, Grand Blanc, and Hartland areas. Other cities include Milford, Davisburg, Brighton, South Lyon, New Hudson, Flint, Burton, and Durand.

Hours of Operation

We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Special requests will be considered by appointment at an additional cost.
